Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All pre-made products orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
All handmade / customized dresses and heels orders are processed within 15 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have not received any order or shipping confirmation emails, please double check your email Trash can, Spam or Promotion folder, and add our email to your safe sender list.

Shipping Method
We offer free international shipping to the most of the countries. The delivery time is 7-15 business days depending on the delivering locations. Due to COVID-19, delivery time may vary. 
Unfortunately, shipping to Cuba, Montenegro, Kuwait, Kosovo, Argentina, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Zimbabwe is not available at the moment due to the local custom policy. 
Order Tracking Information
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Or check your order location at

Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact so that we can get you sorted.
If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.

Redirecting An Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
